Must possess advanced computer skills and is proficient in all of the following modalities/computer applications as appropriate: reception, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, insurance verification, waiting room management, and document management. **Requirements:** + Proficient (within 6 months of hire) in waiting room management system (overall) and registration and scheduling of at least one service-line (as per management directive). + Required HS diploma or GED, Preferred Education is Associates Degree in Hospitality Management. + Required Experience is 1 year Customer Service or 1 year Hospitality. + **Required Specific Skills also includes:** Insurance Terminology use and understanding. + Bilingual/Spanish/English strongly preferred.
