Guest Services Assistant
Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners and verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements. Make sure all guests come to the gallery on Qualification. **JOB SPECIFIC TASKS** + Support a team to make sure the arrival date & preview date are the same with the company system + Make a Pre-Arrival call or email to confirm the arrival date & preview date + always coordinate with the activation team for any changes in arrival, preview, or room upgrade. + update the information to GRA/gallery regarding meet & greet on check-in process + provide passport form to guest on check-in process or preview time + welcoming guests on arrival & requalified to ensure all data valid + make friendly reminder call to make sure the preview on time + provide information area & facilities, make sure guest on satisfaction. + anticipate guest needs & build rapport with guest + address guest complaints & escalate to the manager when needed. + Ensure Compliance with health & quality standards CANDIDATE PROFILE + Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administration, data entry, or a related field. + Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions) + Intermediate computer with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer word-processing skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word + Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter. + Ability to work within tight deadlines and meet targets.
