We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong computer abilities, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask. This role requires skills with managing guest relationships and delivering high standards of communication; both written and spoken.
What you will do
Our Guest Service Assistant's main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times. This is the perfect position for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get involved in everything that encompasses the guest journey! This role involves a variety of tasks around the lodge, including –
Assisting guest with luggageGreeting and fare welling guests Organising and selling of local activities to guestsOrganisation of guest requestsPhone and email communication with booking agents and local business operatorsProperty tours Guest drop off and pickupsDriving and cleaning carsReception coverage as requiredWhat you will bring
As well as your passion for service delivery and creating memorable experiences for our guests, you will have -
Previous experience in a customer service positionPreferred experience in working in a luxury establishmentThe ability to multi-task, prioritize and organiseA high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsA full drivers licence A passion for working with people and making every interaction with our guests one to rememberWhat we offer
