Job Description
We are currently looking for a Guest Services Associate to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Guest Services Associates are appointed to consistently deliver a seamless telephone service to all our internal and external guests. This role plays an integral part in delivering a memorable guest experience. This role offers a schedule of 40 hours spread over 5 working days.
Key expectations of this role areEfficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.Providing the highest standard of customer service, striving to go extra mile by being Intuitive, Refined and Engaging.Ensuring clear, complete and legible information is taken from our guests and is forwarded to the appropriate department to satisfy their requests.Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.
ProfileThe ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.Being self-motivated. Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
