Responsibilities Greet all visitors, vendors, and other staff members to the facilityGuide or direct all visitors to their proper locationExplain all Covid guidelines and procedures for entering the facilityAnswers incoming phone calls. Take messages or forward calls to voice mail systemSort, organize and forward all mail to appropriate staff and residentsMaintain visitor sign-in sheets on a daily basisWorks closely with the Dietary department to assist with meal notices team member lunch payments Abide by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.Perform additional clerical duties such as typing tasks as identified including letters, reports, forms, and other correspondences as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of at least 1 year of clerical or medical office experience requiredPrevious experience working in a skilled nursing facility or a medical facility a plusMust have a welcoming personality and a professional demeanorExceptional customer service skillsProven experience operating a multi-line phone systemMust be able to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to maintain professional working relationshipsHighly detailed and organized with the ability to multitaskEqual Opportunity Employer
