Overview:

$18.00 / hour

Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age and be available to work full-time, up to 40 hours a week in order to be considered for employment.

Provide guests with information either over the phone, in person, or through emailRespond to guest inquiries and resolve issues/concerns promptly and effectivelyAssist guests in planning a memorable and enjoyable visit to the parkComplete sales transactions including upgrades, redemptions and Group SalesUse of various computerized information and sales systemsCollaborate with all departments to ensure each guest has the Best Day of the Year experienceAssist the Admissions supervisory team with the operation and closing proceduresAssist guests with the ride accommodations program and provide information regarding our RAP programHave other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge
