The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for Guest Services Coordinator who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.  Acts as welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests. Coordinates all bellman and driver activities. Assists in arranging transportation for guest.

          

Responsibilities

Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer Leis, Drinks and Oshibori towels. Escorts guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the Front Desk Agent. Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up. Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets and organize valet keys. Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc. Greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers them assistance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Education:       High School diploma                                 

Experience:      2 years previous Resort or Hotel experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:     Required: Ability to read, write and speak English

Required: Computer Skills

Required: Valid US Driver’s License

Preferred: Fluent in Japanese, Chinese or Korean

Meets all qualifications required to drive company vehicles and carts.  Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
