**Description:**
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic F&B team.
**What you will do:**
+ Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area
+ Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and build rapport with guests
+ Ensure a seamless experience by handling guests’ enquiries and managing reservations in a professional manner
+ Anticipate guests’ problems before they arise, and rectify the issues in a calm and flexible way
+ Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests
**Qualifications:**
**What you should have:**
+ Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries
+ Good communication and language skills
+ A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
+ Passionate in food & beverage
