As the Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the Guest Services Centre team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Centre Department within the Rooms Division.

Your Profile

Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.No prior experience is needed.1-2 years of experience in hotel or call centre operations will be an added advantage.Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills.Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.A can-do attitude.Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.Mandrin speaking is preferred
