UCLA Health’s Tiverton, Health & Wellness Hotel is seeking to hire a full-time Guest Service Representative to join our team! The Tiverton is a 100-room hotel designed to meet the need of UCLA Health patients and their families. Our mission is to provide each of our guests all the comfort and warmth of a “home away from home” by providing a calm environment, promoting health and wellness initiatives, and making guest experiences memorable.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will support our mission by operation a 24-hour front desk to assist with the administrative and concierge duties for the front house operations. Primary duties include:

Front desk duties (Answering phones, greeting guests, check-in/out, etc.) Handling guest accounting including billing, deposits, and recharges Handle concierge services Coordinating requests with Housekeeping, EVS, and Maintenance Participate and help guests with health and wellness events Other duties as assigned

Please note: This position will primarily work the evening shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary to accommodate operational needs.

Various Shifts may include:

6:00am-2:30pm 9:30am-6:00pm 2:00pm-10:30pm 10:15pm-6:15am

Salary range: $25.60/hr – $36.33/hr
