Responsibilities include:
Supervises team members by overseeing the daily assignments and dutiesMonitors team member performance, attendance, behavior, customer service and technical skillsEnsures staffing needs are metResolves customer service concerns/complaintsMakes regular rounds to all services and monitors workflow efficiencyInvestigates and resolves patient concerns/complaintsMonitors team communication, team goals, and s patient access-related metricsCoaches and counsels team members as neededPerforms other duties as assignedThis position may cover multiple campuses, including St. Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin and North Bay Hospital. Additional locations may be added as needed.
