About the position
Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains detailed records of all guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up for each pay period to ensure proper payroll for bellman.Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves complaints, assists in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Coordinates daily activities of bellman including completion of Bellman Daily Checklist, organization of bag storage area, porterage, group arrival/departure information, cart maintenance, and weekly standards testing.Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.One to two years previous experience in a line or supervisory position in related position.What to Expect
