Guest Support Operations Lead
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Operations Lead who will be responsible for numerous projects ranging in duration of 1 day to 4 months. These projects include and are not limited to policy changes, check enhancements, running year end and other related projects across guest support, people and culture and marketing. This individual will be responsible for managing their days efficiently around intake meetings, understanding initiative, hosting meetings, project planning, and coordination. In some projects they will wear more of a project manager hat and others they will own more of the operations side. The ideal candidates must have the requirements below. Skills and Requirements 2-3 years experience as an Operations Lead ( change specialist, or PM) Experience running and leading complex projects ( up to 12 projects at once) Experience working across cross functional teams and owning stakeholder communications Ability to drive work and initiatives to completion Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Jira and Confluence Smartsheet experience Industry experience in digital, contact centre or retail null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
