Guidewire Developer
We are hiring a Guidewire Developer to join our team remotely! Key Responsibilities: + Develop and configure Guidewire applications to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service. + Implement and maintain Guidewire solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. + Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers. + Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with software architecture and design patterns. + Work on Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting, UI, Data Model) and integrate with web services (XML, JSON). + Utilize Java/J2EE frameworks and work with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server. + Participate in SCRUM Agile processes and potentially act as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). + Manage estimation, team leading, and mentoring tasks. Skills and Qualifications: + Strong knowledge of Guidewire platform and products (PolicyCenter) + Java/Gosu development experience Preferred Qualifications: + Guidewire Certification. + Experience in the insurance domain, particularly with Property & Casualty Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
