Salary: €27,013/year + €2000/year flexible working allowance 

 

Recruitment Process: 

We will be hosting an in-person Assessment Centre on January 23 and January 24, 2025

Only candidates who are invited and able to attend the Assessment Centre will be considered for any of our current opportunities at the Guinness Storehouse  

The invitation and information about what to expect at the Guinness Storehouse Assessment Centre will be shared with chosen candidates by January 21, 2025

What You’ll Do: 

Experience Superstar: Be the superstar of every visit! Ensure prompt, courteous service while engaging with guests at every opportunity to make their experience truly magical and memorable.  

Guinness Guru: Become a Guinness guru! From guiding guests through the perfect pour to leading interactive tastings, you’ll share the magic of Guinness in ways that will leave visitors in awe. 

Guinness Pro: Showcase to our guests what makes Guinness legendary. 

Retail Rockstar:  You'll be the ultimate multitasking maestro, creating unforgettable shopping experiences for every customer who walks through the door.   

 

In our retail team, you will be a critical component of the store’s success, responsible for delivering world-class service, continually maintaining store standards and product levels, delivering in-store services, engaging with all statutory and mandatory training modules, and consciously acting as a brand ambassador for Guinness.  You will be operating as part of a large team spread across multiple functions, cooperating and collaborating to deliver the best retail experience.  We are committed to being the best workplace for our staff and want to both support and empower our team members to contribute proactively to this.

 

In our visitor experience team, you will Create an AMAZING experience for visitors by ensuring 5-star experiences and being part of a culture that goes above and beyond! As part of our admissions team, warmly welcome all visitors to the Home of Guinness, always finding new ways to exceed standards. In our world-famous Gravity Bar, deliver memorable experiences by serving beautiful pints of Guinness in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, creating lasting memories. Jazz hands at the ready! Develop your skills as a Guinness storyteller in our interactive team, ensuring Orientation Tasting Rooms and Guided Tours provide a memorable and comprehensive experience for all guests.
