Gutter Installation Service Professional\n

Position Summary: Provide uncompromised service to Arrow's Home Service customers through proper installation and repair to gutters. This position will work both independently and as part of a team. \n
\n
Essential Functions:\n\nComply with company, manual, and label safety procedures\nComply with all state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines\nKeep scheduled appointments with customers\nRead and understand scope of work from service ticket\nFollow all written and verbal directions including diagrams\nObtain required materials listed from the scope of work\nExplain to customer the service procedures and answer questions\nPrepare job site for safety, cleanliness, and damage prevention\nRemove and disassemble existing gutters, downspouts, and toppers\nFabricate gutters using gutter machine to required specification and configuration\nInstall new gutters, downspouts, and toppers \nPerform general light carpentry repairing soffit and fascia\n\n\nComplete accurate and legible service tickets in compliance with company standards\nPerform thorough cleanup restoring site to original or improved conditions\nMake recommendations to customers about additional repairs or services \nProvide marketing collateral to customer\nCollect service payments from customers\nRespond to service call backs as required by the customer\nReport issues to manager as per company policy\nWork weekends as needed to service customer's needs\n\n\nOperate company vehicle in compliance with Vehicle Responsibility Agreement\nWash and clean vehicle and ensure proper maintenance and repairs\nMaintain timesheets within company policy\nAttend and complete training and meetings as required \nMaintain equipment and tools in good working order\nPerform other duties as required by management\n\n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nCustomer Service ' Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes active listening, assessing customer needs, and meeting quality standards for services.\nMechanical & Safety' Knowledge of relevant machines and tools, regulation, operation procedures, and documentation to ensure effective, compliant, and safe operation and services. \nEnglish Language ' Ability to write, speak, and communicate in English and ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and measures. \nBuilding and Construction ' Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses or buildings\nMathematics ' Mathematics ' Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and measurements and ability to draw, mark, and analyze diagrams legibly. \nCritical Thinking & Reasoning ' Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify problems and determine best solutions.\nProblem Sensitivity ' The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. \n\n
Minimum Qualifications:\n
\n\nAbility to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing\/certification exams\nAble to pass internal technical exams \nPossess current Driver's License \nHigh school diploma or equivalent \nPresent a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform\nAble to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week\nWilling to work evenings and weekends as needed\n\n

Environmental Factors:\n\nWork mostly outdoors, in sometimes hot or cold weather conditions\nSome work in cramped spaces\nMay encounter or work with insulation \n\n
