Your role:

You will work as an integral part of our Global View Implementation team to Configure the system as per the business requirements detailed in the blueprint within agreed timelines

 

What you’ll do:

Analyse the blueprint in all aspects including the statutory calculations Configure the system as per the business requirements detailed in the blueprint within agreed timelines Escalate any risk of quality or schedule in advance Coordinate with Lead and MS Implementation Consultant and ensure delivery of all deliverables on time. Resolve UAT issues in a timely manner with high quality solution Liaise with Lead Consultant on PTD loads and Parallel issues resolution. Support Client Go-live Estimate and support Client's Change Requests Complete the transition documentation for handover to Support Phase 1
Support queries where needed from Lead Consultant Phase 2
Support creation of Blueprint document
Support creation of Blueprint configuration worksheet
Blueprint QA Checklist
Follow Rev Trac process
Pre-configuration checklist Phase 3
Reference Configuration Handbook
Unit Test Checklist Phase 4
Support UAT and Parallel Test Phase 5
Client Specific Configuration Document (for transition)

Qualifications you’ll need:

 

Experience:

Strong configuration skills for SAP Payroll and documentation skills for Payroll/HR SAP Payroll Implementation experience will be highly regarded. Excellent consulting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills Previous experience as configuration consultant in SAP. Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role Self-starter and ability to multi-task
