⢠2 to 7 years of experience in running end-to-end payroll and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology (Experience in any country payroll). ⢠Manage clientâÂÂs payroll, end to end from input to month end reporting. Meet all pre-defined SLAs. ⢠Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis. ⢠Comprehensive knowledge on the legislation. ⢠Good verbal & written communication skills. ⢠Strong analytical and logical thinking ability. ⢠Good at number crunching. ⢠Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client. ⢠Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll. ⢠Assist Implementation team in testing UAT scripts in pre live stage as applicable.
