Director, GWAC/IDIQ Program Management Office
Yulista is seeking a GWAC/IDIQ Program Management Office (PMO) Director to join our Corporate Development team. This Position lead and shape Yulista’s corporate level IDIQ/GWAC strategy.

Role Overview
This role is responsible for pipeline development and winning new business thru select GWAC/IDIQ contract vehicles. Responsibilities include identifying and pursing task order opportunities, promoting Yulista’s contract vehicles internally and externally, fostering vendor/partner relationships, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy: Develop and continuously refine Yulista’s multi-award contract (MAC) strategy roadmap, aligning it with evolving business objectives, market dynamics, and government regulations. Advise senior leadership on maximizing the value of vehicles such as OASIS+, GSA MAS, and other strategic contracts.Program Management: Act as the Corporate Program Manager for select GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, ensuring compliance at the vehicle level and managing requirements.Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive assessments of MAC vehicles to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for growth.Government & Industry Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with government IDIQ/GWAC contract management offices and industry partners to enhance Yulista’s market position.Task Order Optimization: Oversee the adjudication, evaluation, and dissemination of task order RFIs and RFPs, guiding internal teams in improving processes and decision-making.Pipeline Development: Support a robust pipeline of opportunities across Yulista’s IDIQ/GWAC portfolio, collaborating with business development and operational stakeholders.Proposal Support: Review complex solicitations and contribute to proposal and pricing strategies  to increase win rate.Capture Management: Lead capture activities for pursuit of strategic GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.Advocacy & Education: Promote awareness and understanding of Yulista’s IDIQ/GWAC vehicles through targeted training and engagement with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in business development, IDIQ/GWAC management, and/or program management.Demonstrated success in winning business through multi-award IDIQ vehicles.Proven expertise in pipeline development, capture activities, and proposal strategy.Strong analytical skills to conduct competitive assessments and provide strategic insights.Exceptional relationship-building skills with government customers and industry partners.Experience mentoring and developing team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to travel up to 25%.
