The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Management
Develop & maintain workspace (offices, clean room, lab, training center & warehouses) that builds a work environment enabling collaboration, innovation, productivity, and destination of choiceEnsure all facilities meet established environmental and safety control requirements in partnership with regional/local Security & EHS teamDeliver high level of services for facilities operations, maintenance, janitorial, transportation, pantry, reception, and other servicesStakeholder engagement with site managers, to support cleanroom, lab, and offices space requirementsCollaborate with the business continuity team on disaster preparedness policies and proceduresBe hands-on maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildingsSpace Planning & Projects
Develop space roadmaps for cleanroom, lab, and offices to meet business needsLead all aspects of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansionManage project budget, quality and timelinesReal Estate Management
Drive proactive planning of real estate portfolioConduct timely lease extension, termination, or acquisitionLead new site selection, negotiate, and execute lease agreements (justify and secure approval from approver per KLA policies)Vendor Management
Manage the performance of JLL China team (Shanghai & Suzhou) up to the KPI, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, customer satisfactionPartner with Indirect Procurement to select vendors for design and constructionManage projects and operations based on procurement guidelinesData Analytics
Compile market data, forecast, budget, and other analysis to support real estate investment opportunitiesCollect/provide all GWS data to GWS COE as requiredMinimum Qualifications
Qualifications/Education Desired
College or Above education background 5+ years related experience in multinational companies would be an advantageDemonstrated ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company’s goals and objectivesExperience in leading country level network of sites, including knowledge China and international commercial real estate markets and regulations from proposal to buildHeld position(s) in relevant or manufacturing environmentsStrong communication and presentation skillsWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
