About the Role

BGIS is seeking a Gym Attendant / Lifeguard to join our team at Holsworthy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons, maintaining a clean and welcoming fitness environment, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor pool activities and respond to emergencies as a qualified lifeguard. Ensure the gym and pool facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons with equipment and general inquiries. Enforce safety regulations and facility rules. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

First Aid and Pool Lifeguard qualifications (essential). Strong swimming ability with demonstrated lifeguard experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and safety-focused mindset. Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
