Saint Luke’s Cancer Institute and Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City are seeking a BC/BE gynecologic oncologist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This position is ideal for a candidate who is committed to learning, growing, and teaching.
About the practice:
You will join a team comprised of 3 gynecologic oncologists, in a practice supported by two physician assistants, two clinical nurses, and two residents
Our team provides service at a single, hospital-based practice, with the goal of expanding to a second clinical site
The service line offers advanced gynecologic and oncologic surgery, chemotherapy, and survivorship services
Faculty appointment with the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine is encouraged and supported

The ideal BC/BE candidate has completed a gynecologic oncology fellowship, has 3-5 years of experience, and is experienced in robotics and MIS
Learn: The Gynecologic Oncologist will have the opportunity to expand surgical proficiency through surgical mentorship in robotic surgery, single-site laparoscopy, and open surgery. At Saint Luke’s, we value strong collaboration between surgical specialties making complex interdisciplinary surgeries possible including complex debulking, exenteration, HIPEC, and multivisceral surgery.

Teach: The Saint Luke’s Gynecologic Oncology Program has partnered with the University of Missouri, Kanas City Ob/Gyn residency program. Because of our robust surgical volume, we support two residents on our service year-round, providing ample opportunities for our staff physicians to develop as educational leaders.
