Crown House Technologies are looking for a Health & Safety champion to join our team. This is a diverse, multi-faceted role where you will be the go-to individual for all things health & safety.

This position will be covering our MOJ contracts across multiple different project sites, with support from the wider H&S function and other business units.

What will the role look like?

To provide local advice and support necessary to assist managers and staff to fulfil their safety responsibilities to the high standards demanded by the Business. Monitor the close out of actions raised during all assurance and inspection activities as well as those associated with incident investigations and monitor that H&S reviews and assurance checks are being completed as planned. Support the process by which any necessary training and coaching is identified and facilitate the delivery of any necessary training and coaching. Ensure implementation of the Health & Safety Management System including compliance with all relevant statutory provisions.

What skills & experience are we looking for? 

Qualification at level 3 (min) MEP experience – Beneficial Technical knowledge in Occupational Health risk management and wellbeing Technical knowledge in Environmental risk management Technical knowledge in Safety risk management Assurance / Audit / Investigation competence
