Qualifications The Bell Person Position - We are looking for an outgoing individual to join us as a Bell Person on the Rooms team. The Bell Person spends most of the shift providing exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests. For example, if guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the Inn. The Bell Person will greet incoming guests, handle baggage and escort them to their rooms. Bellman will be responsible for transferring luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation areas, by hand or other means provided. Perform room delivery requests and assist with minor in-room maintenance items. Supply guests with amenities on property such as bicycles and kayaks; responsible but not limited to umbrellas and outdoor furniture are neat, tidy and wiped down, cleaning and restocking of pool area, organizing, cleaning and setting up of deck areas, ensuring lobby and entry area are orderly and presentable. Transporting guests in shuttle and ensuring shuttle and onsite carts are clean and orderly. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and be able to lift 50 lbs. Requirements: *Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred but not required *Experience not required. On-the-job training provided. Must pass background check.
