Qualifications The Server Position - We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Restaurant Server to join our team! Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude. The Job Description - This position reports directly to the F&B Supervisor. Primary duties are to provide dining services ranging from casual dining, fine-dining and banquet services and collecting payments from customers in all outlets. The position is responsible for greeting, seating, taking orders and serving of food and both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. This position will be taking reservations, seating guests, and running food. Additional requirements include but may not be limited to preparing checks, itemizing, and totaling meal costs and taxes; removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and ensuring dining areas are orderly and presentable. This position will be serving food and beverages to guests and preparing specialty dishes at tables as required such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes This role is also responsible for daily shift side work duties which may include set up of dining or event areas which may include moving tables and chairs. Other side work may include filling condiment and napkin containers, rolling silverware, and setting up/breaking down food stations and service areas, performing cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of food & beverage outlet floors. *Requirements: Must have 3 months Server experience.
