HACCP and Quality Assurance Coordinator

Make It With Pride.** Ensuring high quality and safety of finished products in accordance with CIQ assumptions. Coordinating work related to the implementation of the requirements of quality policies (QP), ISO/FSSC 22000 and Food Defense standards, as well as managing the Food Safety System (including allergen management) at the factory level. Providing ongoing support for quality issues in the area of production and new projects, as well as enforcing the implementation of GMP requirements in these areas. Coordinating the work of the Food Safety team. **How you will contribute** + Supervision and coordination of Food Safety system based on the requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard, Global HACCP Standard (including requirements regarding allergen supervision, Food Defense plan), FDA requirements and Mondelez Food Safety requirements + Capability building for HACCP team (line leaders, QA, CI..) to be able to verify and maintain the food safety system stable for their responsible areas. + Supporting new projects in the field of ensuring compliance with GMP/HACCP/ISO/QP/legal requirements, including compliance and correctness of system documentation + Tracking changes in legal requirements, ensuring the flow of information about new requirements to the appropriate departments. Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements by updating relevant procedures. + Supporting quality loss agenda for his/her responsible lines collaboration with CI team. + Supporting the Quality team in constantly improving the Food Safety Systems + Planning the required / requested training together with the quality and other relevant teams. + Verifying the lines for specification compliance, using the escalation systems for gaps identified and follow the mitigation and capa plans. + Being able to perform analytical/instrumental and attribute analysis parameters as CTQ/CTP + Validation and verification of documents and records according to the defined plan such as quality controls (PKKS), allergen changeover, sPP, CIP, extraneous matter control devices, net content, label control etc. Analysis and supervision of process control records and also sPP points + Ensure the sanitation rules of his/her responsible area based on Mondelez requirements with the collaboration of Sanitation coordinator. + To be able to have a general overview of analysing, verifying and maintain of incoming control management for Raw and Pack materials. + Monitoring product quality and its environment, quality KPIs (i.e. defective product rate, daily sensory panels, GMP, consumer/customer complaints. Cpm), and supporting their management in a way that will ensure continuous improvement + Ownership of Consumer and Customer Complaints for Oslo Plant by means of, tracking, reporting, trend analysis, ensure RCA is in place, leading if needed and CAPA tracking, suggestion for 12 steps KK projects for key drivers to reduce the CPMU level at Oslo Plant. + Preparing each report required by the system like capability for the lines, consumer complaints, CAPA closure etc. + Taking an active role, in IL6Sigma operations and being work process owner for QM and other pillars. + Ensuring that the operations under his/her responsibility are performed in line with common goals of the organisation. + Ensure Occupational Safety and Environment regulations are in place by following HSE instructions; providing a healthy and safe working environment ensuring that the employees work in line with the procedures and rules + Evaluating and apply Hold&Release procedure and the escalation process if needed based in the test results. + Sampling micro test according to the plant PEM plan and equipment swabs when necessary, sending samples and keeping records. + Ensuring that the approval is taken from corporate quality and food safety support teams by making the required risk analyses in case of any change in the processes or any new product production in the current lines + Participating and organizing activities to increase the Quality Culture in his/her responsible area. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Completed university studies in Food Technology or related sciences.
