Reporting to the Service Renewals Manager the Service Contract Renewal Representative is responsible for proactively renewing Service Contracts on Hach instrumentation, in an assigned territory, to maintain and grow Service Contract Revenue. A Service Contract Renewals Representative will need to quickly build customer rapport; and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, leveraging customer relationships and Hach value propositions to ensure the on-time renewal of Service Contracts.
This role will be based on-site out of our Loveland, CO headquarters.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Responsible for managing Service Contract Renewals by maintaining customer touchpoints; and accountable for delivering annual Service Contract Revenue Plan and on-time renewal rates
Engage clients via phone and e-mail, to maximize the customer experience when their Service Contract is due for renewal
Prepare quotations, cross-sell, up-sell, and minimize discounting
Utilize funnel management best practice to manage and win opportunities
Review commercial legal terms and escalate as needed
Populate and maintain high standards of data integrity in Salesforce, ServiceMax, CEP and Oracle
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Service Development, Dispatch, Tech Support) to improve processes and leverage the best resources to close business and support customers
Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasure where appropriate, to support continuous growth and improvement
The essential requirements of the job include:
H.S Diploma or equivalent required
2 or more years of sales or tele-sales experience, selling products or services in a business-to-business environment
Strong working knowledge of SFDC, Oracle, and Microsoft Office preferred

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $27.00 - $30.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
