THE JOB

As a Hair Stylist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

STARTING PAY RATE: Commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectationsFollow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policiesProvide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocolMaintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends and techniquesPromote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

REQUIRED

High School Diploma, GED or equivalentCosmetology License

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STANDOUT

4+ years of Hair Stylist experienceExperience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsEffective listening abilities with strong judgment skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
