About You – Our Dream Leader:

Experience: At least one year as a hairstylist and in a leadership role with a Drybar or a salon. Licensed Pro: Hold a current and valid state Cosmetology license – no shortcuts here!Organized Leader: Drive a positive, learning-focused culture with top-notch organizational skills.Communication Pro: Turn any situation into a win-win with positivity and finesse.Customer Service Star: Making clients feel like royalty is your specialty!Multitasking Master: Smoothly pivot through any challenge that comes your way.
