A Hairdresser is responsible for cutting, styling, and treating hair to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while building rapport with clients and keeping current on new techniques and styles.

What will I be doing?

As a Hairdresser, you are responsible for cutting, styling, and treating hair to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Hairdresser will also be required to build rapport with clients, up-sell products, and perform reception duties. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAscertain and address customer requirements\nCut hair using scissors, clippers and razors\nShampoo, condition and rinse hair\nProvide specialised treatments including conditioning, bleaching, tinting and straightening hair\nDry and style hair using combs, brushes, straightening irons and other equipment\nAdvise clients on hair care, recommend products and provide technical assistance\nAttend hairdressing and cosmetics training and seminars to keep current on emerging techniques and products\nKeep client records and schedule appointments\nPerform reception duties including answering phone calls and enquiry emails\nUp-sell retail products and write up client record cards\nMaintain a clean and tidy work area\nAssist other hairdressers with tasks as applicable\nSterilize and maintain equipment in good working condition\nDemonstrate customer rapport with clients\nWhat are we looking for?
