Work closely with regional & global counterpart in communicating and understanding of  IVI product design assumptions (Quality, cost, Timing)  Leading IVI SW engineering deliverables by managing Mutiple business partners to develop, Validate, sign off SW components and final integration on time with quality. Leveraging Ford SW quality expert to ensure SW development is ASPICE compliant  Work with tech planning team to maintain China IVI migration plan Management IVI ICE line-update/complexity Responsible for vehicle program assumptions management, including cost target setting, cost tracking, CPA status, CMF status, ED&T status tracking and ED&T governance board approval Responsible for IVI application matrix covering vehicle programs details (Volumes / Take Rates / Regions / Plants/ VPP ) Develop lessons Learned / Prevent Reoccurrence, support D&R to accomplish program quality deliverables ( FMEA, eFDVS, DPA etc) Be flexible with working hours to support communication with Lead Engineering team located internationally; Bachelor Degree or above in electrical and electronics or equivalent Engineering required;  Preferred minimum of 5 years design experience in electrical Engineering Systems. In-depth knowledge of infotainment system development and validation. Understanding of SW development and management tools ( Agile, Scrum, ASPICE, JIRA etc)  Understanding of global standards and regulation requirement, especially in automotive field ;  Experience in system / subsystem design verification process and test planning/execution;  Basic knowledge in electrical and electronics component, such as capacitor, resistor, diode, IC and etc;  Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Production FMEA, Control plan and Global 8D;  Strong Project management experience Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Infotainment System TPM Engineer will need to work closely with FSIM team to ensure IVI system delivered to program including China BU with meeting Ford engineering requirement and customer’s quality, cost expectation for cross car line, the TPM engineer will be the main SW interface to business partners on Features and functions development and deliveries per aligned platform & program timing.
