Position Summary 

A Shuttle/Van Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests to/from local destinations. 

Responsibilities

Driving guests to/from local destinations (e.g. airport, business, attraction, etc.) in
a company vehicleDriving company vehicle for company related business errandsAssisting both arriving and departing guests with their luggageInspecting, cleaning, and servicing (e.g. oil, gas, etc.) the company vehicleMaintaining mileage log booksListening and responding to guests’ requests or complaintsProviding information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenitiesProviding information to guests about local attractions and servicesPromoting hotel services, facilities, and other amenities to guests

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles ReportMust have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for
driving a company vehicleStrong knowledge of local area, including restaurants, attractions, etc.Excellent interpersonal skillsCustomer-service orientedStrong initiative and work ethicPunctual , reliable, and regular attendanceStrong  attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenAbility to follow written or oral instruction given by a supervisor
