Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the property by addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly. Assist with housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness and organization standards. Contribute to creating a comfortable and pleasant living environment for residents. Perform general maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, and addressing plumbing or electrical issues. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively. Assist with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning common areas, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms or apartments. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and appliances and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary. Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and housekeeping duties. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations related to maintenance and housekeeping activities. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management regarding maintenance and housekeeping matters. Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive living environment.Qualifications Sought:
Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks and housekeeping procedures. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and supplies used in maintenance and housekeeping work. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected situations. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Customer service skills to interact with residents and address their needs. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
