Job description

Handyman services for rental property renovation. Must be proficient in all of items listed below. Must have good problem solving skills. Candidate must able to work independent on a a renovation make ready. Company vehicle is available for travel to job sites. Must have valid drivers license to use.

Perform maintenance and light repairsReplace existing light fixturesInstall/replace kitchen and bathroom faucet and trapInstall bathroom vanityInstall shower surroundInstall interior/exterior slab door and cased doorsInstall kitchen cabinets and countertopAble to follow to do listGet it done attitude

Skills

Proven experience as handymanExperience with hardware tools and electrical equipmentBasic understanding of electrical, plumbingBasic math skillsGood communication abilityWell-organized and apt in problem-solvingAttention to detail
