Summary Responsible for maintaining the facility’s infrastructure and ensuring that the physical plant operates efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Perform basic drywall and texture tasks and repairs + Conduct basic carpentry tasks + Handle basic plumbing + Utilize basic electrical knowledge to repair lights, outlets, and run conduit pipes + Operate equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lefts as needed for facility tasks and maintenance + Assist with janitorial duties, including trash removal + Complete manual tasks, such as setting up chairs and tables for quarterly lunches, group meetings, or events + Participate in water treatment + Perform assigned preventative maintenance + Other tasks as needed to provide functional support to the maintenance team Qualifications, Education and Experience + Graduation from high school or receipt of equivalent degree (GED) + Basic maintenance experience + Certiifcation in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts or willingness to obtain To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).
