Location: Hinton House (WA3 6GR) Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Contract: Full Time
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime available), 40 Hours per week.

 

About the Role:

Join Mitie, the UK's largest FM company, and help maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant working environment for our clients, including NDA/NDAPL and Sellafield. You'll be part of a two-man team, ensuring smooth operations at Hinton House.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing door handles, maintaining fire doors). Conduct routine housekeeping and low-level maintenance. Liaise with the helpdesk and tenants to ensure timely responses. Set up and dismantle meeting rooms and office equipment. Undertake PAT testing (training provided). Maintain outdoor areas using a road sweeper. Follow health and safety practices and use PPE correctly.

 

What We're Looking For:

Positive, can-do attitude. Experience in handyman/maintenance roles. Strong customer service skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Good communication and computer literacy.
