The Handyperson is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance functions, including, patching and painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles and minor equipment, plumbing, carpentry repairs.Job Description
Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties
Patch and paint wallsInstall and maintain door closers, locksets and passage setsPerform preventive maintenance on facility equipmentInstall bulletin boards and writing boardsReplace damaged, stained, or missing ceiling tilesReplace damaged VCT floor tileRefasten existing or replace damaged cover baseAnalyze/assess problems quickly and accuratelyAct independently and with little supervisionLearn new tasks and systemsTo use common hand toolsTo use power toolsTo support company’s goals and objectivesPerform other related duties as assigned, assisting other tradesmen and emergency repairsOTHER DUTIES

Requirements
