The Distributive Development Group (DDG) Hapi Dealer Operations Specialist will be assisting the Hapi Dealer team in terms driving efficiency in the Hapi Dealer Operations.

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

Assists in Hapi Dealer programs to drive Omni-coverage and Efficiencies in Hapi StoresWorks with CMU on Hapi Dealer Cabinet Efficiencies (Cab Confirmation, NPC/UPC) and Cabinet Care initiativesWorks with OTD on Hapi Store Promo Implementation and ExecutionWorks with CD FAS on Hapi Dealer Systems UtilizationResponsible for Hapi Dealer Claims and Hapi Dealer Manpower Incentives processing

Qualifications

Preferably 1-2 year experience in General Trade / Distributor Trade Sales in an FMCG / e-Commerce environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Open for Fresh Graduates but open to Mid-career with experience on business operations managementWilling to be based in PasigMust be dynamic and has passion for excellenceWilling to be assigned within Manila areaMust be amenable for a contract based role of 12 monthsData driven mindsetNetwork and InfluencingPlanning and OrganizationLeadership and CollaborationBrilliant ExecutionCommunication and Presentation,Social media skills & knowledge in FB group community handlingKnowledge Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, ExcelKnowledge in Power BI is ad advantage
