Job Introduction

Sodexo is seeking a qualified Hard FM Supervisor to join our Hard FM team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of technical services across a regional cluster of client sites. Reporting to the Hard FM Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant building operations, while delivering excellent service to clients and end users.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining building services systems and ensuring smooth operation of electrical and mechanical infrastructure. This includes planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and using our digital platforms for service delivery tracking and compliance.

Key Responsibilities -

Perform maintenance and repairs on systems including: heating boilers, pumps, compressed air, sanitary ware, lighting, BMS, distribution boards, and control panels.Carry out statutory, legislative, and mandatory electrical tasks to schedule.Diagnose faults and implement repairs within technical capabilities.Maintain accurate records using Global Maximo and support QSE/compliance audits.Work with subcontractors to complete inspections and remedial works.Provide real-time workflow updates via Digi Hub.Ensure tasks are completed to quality and compliance standards.Participate in out-of-hours and weekend/on-call rota as required.Support small projects, billable works, and emergency responses.Work within Sodexo’s Technical Services Framework and Zero Harm safety culture.Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Authorising Engineers (AEs), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalentC&G Level 3 in Inspection & TestingMinimum 2 years’ post-qualification site experienceStrong understanding of engineering standards and compliance requirementsWorking knowledge of safe systems of work and risk assessmentsExcellent fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyFluent in English (written and spoken)Fit and active with a sound health recordFull UK driving licenceProficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems

Desirable:

Experience with EZMax/MaximoPrevious AP/CP status (e.g. Electrical, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights)Familiarity with CDM RegulationsMulti-trade/property maintenance experienceExperience managing or working with subcontractors
