The Hardlines Lead is responsible for providing a great member experience, contributing to the overall financial performance of the store by executing operational processes in all hardlines departments in the store and adhering to backroom operational processes. Responsible for maintaining presentation standards in the hardlines departments and assisting in daily replenishment and store recovery.
