Position Summary
The Hardscape Supervisor will be responsible for directing, supervising, and working with crew members to complete residential hardscape projects including natural stone, permeable pavers, and retaining walls. This individual will ensure that the team of crew members has the necessary tools and materials to complete the required tasks. As a supervisor, managing time, productivity, project budgets, and material record keeping is a prominent task.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
Essential Duties: Overseeing crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards Plan and schedule project timelines, including material and equipment requirements Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any issues or concerns Provide guidance to crew members, as needed Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice
What You'll Bring to the Team Sufficient knowledge of plant material Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Landscape Industry Knowledge of essential job functions and responsibilities Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record per Company policy Attention to detail Organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to problem solve Meet all physical requirements of the position Pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy and, if applicable, required by DOT regulations 18 years of age or older, or 21 if CDL is required Legally authorized to work in the United States Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
