Hardware Assembler- Production Worker
**Job Title: Hardware Assembler - Production Worker** **Job Description** The primary responsibility of this role is to complete light assembly and sub-assembly of graphics products, requiring some discretion and interpretation of instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and/or graphics assembly, basic computer, math, and counting skills, as well as problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. They should also be able to read and understand blueprints/CAD drawings and work effectively both independently and in a team environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble standard graphics products, including build-to-stock and build-to-order items. + Review production orders, understand plans, blueprints, CAD drawings, and/or designs to determine the appropriate processes to be performed within established guidelines. + Provide training and assistance to less skilled technicians as necessary. + Cross-train in other areas as required by the business. + Assist in other work areas as required by the business. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and/or graphics assembly. + Basic computer, math, and counting skills. + Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. + Ability to read and understand blueprints/CAD drawings. + Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3 years of previous experience in a production/light assembly environment or equivalent. + Prior experience working with basic hand and power tools. + Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. + Basic hand tools (e.g., riveter, screw gun, drills, tape measure). **Why Work Here?** There are opportunities for advancement within the department, including leadership roles.
