Hardware Design Engineer

This role undertakes the design, implementation, and factory acceptance test phases of hardware projects. Are you eager to take your career to the next level? If yes, we encourage your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:** + Work within a project team to deliver one or more projects in parallel under the supervision of the senior/lead engineer; + Be responsible for the technical correctness of the hardware solution based on certain specifications, as well as for the user documentation; + Draft cabinets design, bill off materials output, power and heat calculation; + Be involved in hardware internal testing, Factory Acceptance Tests; + Provide technical assistance to cabinets assembly and system startup according to project requirements; + Follow the correct working methods, procedures, tools, and identify areas of improvement where needed. **Who You Are:** You are fact-based but open minded, curious and have a technical mentality. You adapt well to change and are team-player but performs well as a single contributor. You communicate in a clear, open, and respectful manner. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; + At least 3-4 years proven experience as Hardware Engineering/in a project related environment); + Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office package); + Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (other are an advantage); + Good knowledge in technically related areas. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Good knowledge of Engineering and Design programs such as AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical; + Experience in working in project teams (especially geographically distributed teams). **Our Offer to You:** At Emerson, we are committed to fostering a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
