 You should have one or more of the following skills:CMOS device physics, advanced logic device architecture designFamiliar with process flow and device interaction for advanced nodesFamiliar with device test and characterization methodologyDeep knowledge and hands on experience with state-of-the-art TCAD simulation, thermal modeling, mechanical simulation or molecular dynamic simulationDefine and execute DOE (Design of Experiment)Excellent communication and collaboration skill. Expect to work closely with cross functional teams
