We're seeking a dynamic Lead Hardware Engineer to provide technical and programmatic leadership for our hardware design and support teams. Key Responsibilities: + Lead a Hardware Engineering team of up to 6 engineers. + Provide technical and programmatic leadership for hardware design and support teams. + Ensure trade studies, architectures, technical analysis, common hardware solutions, and quality products are delivered. + Communicate and lead cross-functional teams, interacting with internal/external customers to resolve technical issues, plan programs, and provide field support. + Provide Earned Value updates as the program Cost Account Manager for all hardware engineering work packages. Your day-to-day workload will consist of direct support of program execution and proposal support across our portfolio of products and proposals. Basic Qualifications: + Active Secret clearance + BS and/or MS in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Computer Engineering). + 14+ years of detailed hardware development experience. + Proficiency in CREO. Desired Skills: + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex systems. + Experience leading small teams for technical execution on programs. + Cross-functional or Integrated Product team leadership experience. + Cost Account management experience. + Knowledge of Earned Value Management and tracking practices. + Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience. An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
