Hardware Engineer Level 1 (Fort Meade, MD) **Hardware Engineer Level 1** _Clearance Required: TS/SCI with FSP_ _Salary Range: $95,000 to $135,000 per year_ Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking hardware engineers to provide their expertise in analyzing complex hardware systems, hardware design, architecture, network design and other technical hardware issues. Procure and perform acceptance testing on equipment. Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial. Deploy, install, and implement hardware at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). **Responsibilities** + Analyze complex hardware systems, hardware design, architecture, network design and other technical hardware issues + Procure and perform acceptance testing on equipment + Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial + Deploy, install, and implement hardware at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) + Prepare specifications for hardware by analyzing documented and derived system requirements + Conduct site surveys + Prepares engineering plans and site Technical Design Packages + Organize and direct hardware installations + Configure (and document configuration of) computers, networking devices and various peripheral equipment **Required Qualifications** + TS/CSI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph + 5 years experience analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline **_Note:_** _5 years of additional hardware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree._ **COMPANY OVERVIEW** Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) was founded by former National Security and Special Operations professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and was formed with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between operations and technology to enable mission success.
