In this position... 

This Hardware Engineering Lead - Ford Charge Network role will work to ensure organized and efficient operation of our growing VPEC systems testing capabilities, personnel, resources, and infrastructure. Testing is primarily developed and performed at Ford's state of the art vehicle electrification facility. We focus on ensuring continuously improving the functionality and reliability of operation of our EV charging systems. This includes validating end to end functionality from vehicle to charger to cloud. 

This position is an opportunity to dive into EV charging systems and technology. Systems testing capabilities extend to Ford multiple Ford facilities in the US and Canada. This position offers the opportunity to positively impact Fords EV’s charging products and capabilities to benefit both Ford and multi-make EV’s. The systems testing involvement includes our own cloud-based charger monitoring and management products.
