YOU MUST\nHAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such\nas Electrical   Engineering, Electronics,\nor related field12+ years of experience in hardware design\nand development (Analog design/Power electronics)Strong knowledge of hardware design\nprinciples and methodologies and experience on complete product development cycle\nincluding mechanical /electrical and embedded firmware.Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB\nlayout toolsExperience with hardware testing /validation/regulatory\ncomplianceExcellent leadership and communication\nskillsDelivery and Talent LeadershipSystems thinking and Business / Customer facing ability / exposure
