Design PCB Layouts: Create and develop PCB layouts using CADENCE software, ensuring compliance with design rules and standards.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other team members to understand design requirements and constraints.Create Schematic Diagrams: Develop/Change schematic diagrams and bill of materials (BOM) for PCB designs.Perform Design Checks: Conduct design rule checks (DRC) ,Thermal and EMC/EMI performance of PCB designs.Generate Manufacturing Files: Prepare and generate Gerber files, assembly drawings, and other necessary documentation for PCB manufacturing.Maintain Libraries: Manage and update component libraries and design databasesGood to have -experience in Automotive product organization.Knowledge about Manufacturing Quality Checks e.g ICT,AOI, etc.Good knowledge of thermal Management ,power integrity, signal integrity, EMI/EMC issues. Good knowledge of Design for Manufacturability, Design for Testability, Design for AssemblyEnsuring timely completion of tasks as part of Global Development Network.
