Our company is part of the community, and driven to improve our future and protect our freedom. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + BSEE form an accredited College/University + Able to research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve electrical engineering problems. + Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and ability to effectively work in a team environment + Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability. + Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design + Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills. + Able to obtain a Secret Clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + 4 years experience working in a manufacturing environment + Experience gathering and analyzing test data to assess trends and develop yield improvement plans + CAD based schematic capture and simulation + Analysis tools like Spice + Programming skills TestStand and Labwindows CVI or equivalent **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
